Get an e-mail when incidents occur, maintenance is scheduled, or status updates are posted on the services you care about.

Subscribe to e-mail updates

1. On the status page you want to follow, click Get updates.
2. On the E-mail tab, enter your e-mail address.
3. To follow only some components, check Subscribe to specific components and select them.
4. Click Subscribe.

Confirm your subscription

Within seconds, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. Click Confirm your subscription in it, and updates start arriving.

Confirmed but not receiving updates?

Check your spam and junk folders, and add the sender of the confirmation e-mail to your contacts. Make sure you subscribed to the right status page.

Change your e-mail address

You can't change the e-mail address of an existing subscription. Unsubscribe, then subscribe again with the new address and confirm it.

Unsubscribe

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any status update e-mail, then click Unsubscribe on the page that opens. To resume updates, subscribe again.
