On-call routing number

If you want to get a dedicated phone number that you can call to get connected to the current on-call person, you’re at the right place. Here is how to set this up:

  1. Go to IntegrationsExporting data and select Call routing
  2. Then select the country of your routing phone number
  3. Select the team and escalation policy you want to connect to this phone number
  4. Select the transcription language
  5. If necessary, you can set blocked or allowed numbers to control who can and who can’t call this dedicated number
