Receive phone call alerts even if your phone is in Do Not Disturb or silent mode.

Allowing phone call alerts in silent mode on iPhone

Turn on Emergency Bypass for our dedicated alerting phone numbers. Calls then ring even on silent and in any Focus.

1. In the Better Stack app, open Settings and turn on Add Better Stack into contacts.
2. Tap Bypass Do Not Disturb. The Better Stack contact opens.
3. Tap Edit, then tap Ringtone.
4. Turn on Emergency Bypass.
5. Tap Done.

Allowing phone call alerts in Do Not Disturb on Android

Android steps

1. In the Better Stack app, open Settings and turn on Add Better Stack into contacts.
2. Tap Bypass Do Not Disturb. The Better Stack contact opens. Tap the star to add it to your favorites.
3. Open your phone's Settings and search for Do Not Disturb.
4. Tap People, then Calls, and select Starred contacts.

Calls let through Do Not Disturb still follow your ring mode, so set your phone to ring to hear them.
