Amazon SNS & Better Stack integration

This integration allows you to create Better Stack incidents from Amazon SNS notifications automatically.

Connect Amazon SNS and Better Stack

  1. Go to Integrations → Importing data.
  2. Find the Amazon SNS card and click Add.
  3. Name your integration so you can recognize it later, then click Continue.
  4. Copy the SNS endpoint URL.

In Amazon SNS

  1. In the AWS SNS console, go to Subscriptions → Create subscription.
  2. For Topic ARN, select the topic whose notifications should create incidents.
  3. For Protocol, select HTTPS.
  4. For Endpoint, paste the SNS endpoint URL you copied from Better Stack.
  5. Leave Enable raw message delivery unchecked.
  6. Click Create subscription.

Better Stack confirms the subscription automatically, and its status changes to Confirmed within a few seconds. Every message published to the topic now opens a Better Stack incident.
