By enabling Team-wide maintenance, all monitors, heartbeats, and integrations will be temporarily or indefinitely paused, and any incidents occurring within the timeframe will be ignored.

This is especially useful if, for example, all your monitors are running on the same server that will not be reachable.

To enable Team-wide maintenance for an organization with:

A single team

1. Go to your Team members tab.
2. Click Configure team.
3. Select Features.
4. Select the desired duration in the Team-wide maintenance section.
5. Click Save changes.

Multiple teams

1. Select the desired team (bottom left corner).
2. Go to your Team members tab.
3. Click Configure team.
4. Select Features.
5. Select the desired duration in the Team-wide maintenance section.
6. Click Save changes.

Please note that only an admin can enable Team-wide maintenance.
