Team-wide maintenance

By enabling Team-wide maintenance, all monitors, heartbeats, and integrations will be temporarily or indefinitely paused, and any incidents occurring within the time-frame window will be ignored.

This is especially useful if, for example, all your monitors are running on the same server that will not be reachable.

To enable Team-wide maintenance for an organization with:

A single team

  • Go to Team members tab.
  • Click Configure team.
  • Select Features.
  • Select the desired duration in the Team-wide maintenance section.
  • Save changes.

Multiple teams

  • Select the desired team (bottom left corner).
  • Go to Team members tab.
  • Click Configure team.
  • Select Features.
  • Select the desired duration in the Team-wide maintenance section.
  • Save changes.

Please note that only the Team admin can enable Team-wide maintenance.
