Jira

Integrate with Jira to create and link issues directly from your error reports. This helps streamline your incident management workflow by connecting error detection with your development tasks.

To set up Jira integration:

  1. Navigate to Errors -> Integrations.
  2. Find the Jira integration and click Add.
  3. Follow the authorization steps to connect your Jira account.
  4. Configure the integration settings, which may include:
    • Selecting the default Jira team and project for issue creation.
    • Setting a default assignee.
    • Automatically adding labels/tags to issues.
    • Setting priority levels.
    • Enabling "auto-create" to automatically generate Jira issues for new errors.

Once configured, you can:

  • Manually create Jira issues from any error with pre-filled details.
  • Link existing Jira issues to errors.
  • View linked Jira issues directly within the error detail page.
