You can create issue directly from error details, linking them to external tools like Jira or Linear.

This streamlines your workflow by allowing you to escalate critical errors into actionable tasks without leaving the Errors section.

To create an incident from an error:

1. Navigate to Errors.
2. Open an error group to view its details.
3. Click Create Jira or Create Linear. This will pre-fill the issue with relevant error details like the stack trace, affected users, and context.
4. Confirm the issue creation in your chosen integration.

First, you need to integrate Better Stack with your Jira or Linear. It takes 2 minutes.

Once created, the error will be linked to the issue in your tracker, and you can see which errors have associated issues directly in the error detail view.
