On-call routing number
If you want to get a dedicated phone number that you can call to get connected to the current on-call person, you’re at the right place. Here is how to set this up:
- Go to Integrations → Importing data and select Call routing
- Then select the country of your routing phone number
- Select the team and escalation policy you want to connect to this phone number
- Select the transcription language
- If necessary, you can set blocked or allowed numbers to control who can and who can’t call this dedicated number
