After you've configured your mobile device as a receiver, you also need to include push notifications in your monitor's settings.
You can do that by going to the monitor's configuration → On-call escalation → When there's a new incident → Push notification.

Repeat the steps to allow Incident acknowledged, Incident resolved, and other notifications to override Do Not Disturb.

Then head to the Settings -> And look for Do not disturb permission. There, find Better Stack and turn on the DnD Override.
Cannot find it? Then navigate to Settings -> Apps -> 3 dots -> Special Access -> Do not disturb permission -> Better Stack and enable DnD Override there.
