We've rebuilt the Better Stack mobile apps as fully native apps for iOS and Android!
Incidents open faster, scrolling the timeline is smoother, and AI SRE chats stream in real time.
Here's what you can do with the new apps.
Escalate to colleagues or AI SRE
Acknowledge, escalate, and report new incidents in a few taps.
Check the incident timeline with your telemetry charts, tag a colleague in a comment, or kick off an AI SRE investigation with a single tap.
Get the new app for iOS or Android.
Never sleep through a page
Phone on silent overnight? Critical alerts cut through silent mode and Do Not Disturb, and can override your system volume.
Turn on looping alerts that keep ringing until you tap the notification or pick up the incident call.
Set up critical and looping alerts on your phone.
Get every incident detail in your pocket
Away from your laptop? The incident page has everything you need to make the call.
See the response your monitor got, the log lines that fired your alert, or a Playwright check's logs and artifacts.
Not sure where to start? Investigate the incident with AI SRE.
Act on incidents without opening the app
Incidents show up as Live Activities on iOS. See how long one has been running, whether it's acknowledged, and when it escalates next, right on your Lock Screen.
Long-press the app icon to report a new incident or start an AI SRE chat straight from your home screen.
Long-press an incident notification to acknowledge it or tell your team you're unavailable.
Already have the app? Update it from the App Store or Google Play to get everything above.
What else we shipped?
- On-call reminders: get an e-mail or push notification 24 hours before your on-call shift starts.
- Integrations: create incidents from PagerDuty and Dash0 alerts, and send new incidents to incident.io.
- Error alerts: send them to Slack, Teams, Jira or Linear only when an exception's tags match.
- Releases in error alerts: Slack and Teams alerts for new and reoccurring errors now name and link the release.
- All monitors: sort and filter every monitor across groups in one tab, and search by metadata.
