How to Get the Current Page URL in Playwright

To retrieve the URL of the current page in Playwright, use the url() method. It doesn't return a promise so you can use it directly as shown below:

const { test, expect } = require('@playwright/test');

test('has title', async ({ page }) => {
  await page.goto('');
