You can change the log level of the logger taking care of these messages.
Setting the level to WARNING
will remove the request messages and keep
warnings and errors:

logging.getLogger("requests").setLevel(logging.WARNING)
logging.getLogger("urllib3").setLevel(logging.WARNING)
