Enterprise Sales (generalist)
The challenge
At Better Stack, we pilot a startup rocketship aiming for the moons of unicorns. With millions in ARR, thousands of customers, and hundreds of thousands of engineers already using us, we are on the right way toward $100M ARR.
On our path there, we are selling to enterprises that need a guide in their buying journey. We’re looking for an addition to our team to join us on this mission. Are you intrigued to join a hyper-growth environment, learn, and close deals? Then read on.
What you'll do
- Selling our products will be your daily bread. Be it business-thinking CTOs, technology-focused engineers, or demanding legal and procurement departments. It’s a challenge, but only a single closed deal is worth all the work.
- Closing deals is the ultimate metric. It’s our North Star. We obsess over it but also reward achievements generously.

Working directly with the marketing team
to quickly implement campaigns and build the best pipeline. Our GTM team is both sales and marketing,
so there are no lengthy approval processes. Just bring up your idea, and
let’s test it — the best one wins. - Bring your unique perspective on how to set up the best sales processes and optimize everything to perfection.
This might be for you if
- You are not afraid of hearing no. You’ll hear it a lot, but that’s what makes the yes sound so sweet at the end.
- You know how sales work and have some experience with selling to companies. You don’t have to have years of experience, but you need to understand how it works.
- You like end-to-end ownership. You will have all the engineering help, but in the end, it’s you who has to reply to the explanatory email, do a demo, go through negotiations, and be an account manager.
- You are a fast learner grasping unfamiliar concepts with ease. You don't need to have a technical background – we'll teach you everything you need to know.
- You have native-level English skills – both written and spoken form
- You are independent, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You are ideally based in Prague or close by (we would like to build this foundational team onsite in our hacker house in Vinohrady – that doesn't mean you can't work remotely when you want or need to)

- Jenda, our head of go-to-market and our own version of Alex Schultz.
- Tomas, our founding sales member, and able to sell anything. He left unicorns like Razor group and Choco to build a new one from the ground up.
- Our customer success & support teams know our product through and through that deliver an 11-star experience to our customers every day.
- And, of course, our amazing engineers, whose wizard-level skills help solve any technical problem and are always willing to help.
