## Why is my site down? (SSL error)

Your SSL certificate chain might not be configured correctly. While modern browsers tolerate this, it can cause problems with the older ones.

We recommend using the [ssllabs.com](https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/index.html) validator to identify the issue.
