# Bulk importing monitors

You can use the [Monitors API](https://betterstack.com/docs/uptime/api/getting-started-with-uptime-api/) to import multiple monitors at once or to import them from your dashboard:

- Go to **Create monitor**.
- Click **You can import multiple monitors here** just below the **URL to monitor** field.
- Paste or type in the list of URLs you'd like to import; make sure to keep it one URL per line.
- Edit the configuration.
- Click **Create monitors**.
